The real hallmark of CarlinCarlota is in the excellency of its cuisine, which offers products and dishes of the most ancient and genuine Piedmontese tradition. In the dining room, with the vaulted ceiling in exposed old bricks, you can taste typical Langhe dishes prepared with passion and care.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 40 people at the same time, which ensures guests a friendly and familiar feeling, as much as an heartfelt relationship with the owners, who take care of the preparation of each dish according to the dictates of the typical recipes. Each dish can be accompanied by an excellent wine of our own production, which you can also taste in the charming cellar.
