Our family-run agriturismo is a place of calm,
where simplicity is the key to discover the beauty of the Langhe,
to experience the taste of good food, o fully enjoy time dedicated to oneself.
The taste of good things.
The taste of our food, but also the taste of special moments.
This is why we love the ingredients of our land and enhance them
in local and traditional recipes that we prepare every day for our guests.
“CarlinCarlota”, the origins
The building, a typical Piedmontese farmhouse dating back to 1846, was built in a central position on the hill overlooking all the surrounding land, by the Counts Bongiovanni of Castelborgo who entrusted it to their sharecroppers.
In 1912 it was the Counts who started to enlarge and restore the hayloft and the barn, which are now completely renovated and used as a dining room.
The current name is inspired by those of Carlo and Carlotta, historical inhabitants of the structure known to everyone in the area with the nickname, in fact, “CarlinCarlota”.
Feeling at home is a fundamental prerequisite.
Our rooms, overlooking a breathtaking view of the Langhe,
are welcoming and designed to offer a familiar and relaxing experience.
In a natural amphitheater overlooking the vineyards, the CarlinCarlota offers an evocative view of the rolling hills of the Langhe.
A great beginning...
Every day deserves to start in the best way.
Our idea of a “good start” is an Italian breakfast prepared with
simple and genuine products, savoured by taking the right time.
